One-year-old Alondra Viveros sleeps in a baby carriage in a shelter for chronically ill children run by the San Judas Tadeo Foundation in Mexico City, August 9, 2009. With the current crisis the foundation is facing economic problems. If the situation persist it will close one of its two homes, leaving 120 poor families without the resources to continue their children's treatments.
