Perry is an effervescent alcoholic beverage (obtained with pears pear perry) similar to cider, pale yellow to golden yellow, obtained by fermentation of pear juice from specific varieties of "perry pears". Le poiré est une boisson (obtenu avec les poires des poiriers à poiré) alcoolisée effervescente, similaire au cidre, de couleur jaune pâle à jaune doré.
