( THE NEW WHITE CANNA, 'AL5ACE.'i\ The first of its color ~° and in every respect equal to the best among the new and improved sorts. It is a vigorous grow- er, with clear green foliage ; 4 feet high; pro- duces from 12 to 18 trussesof flowers in a season ; an early and continuous bloomer. The trusses are full, rounded, densely crowded with flowers, which, upon opening, are of a delicate sulphur yellow, changing very soon, however, to a CREAMY WHITE without spots. Plants in our grounds were a solid mass of white flowers all summer, a grand and novel sight. It is decidedly a most desirable Canna for its unique color, and will be indispensable wherever contrast in color for bedding is required. {See cut.) Price, 30c. each : $ per doz.
