SOUTH CHINA SEA (Jan. 6, 2023) – Navy Sailors assigned to amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD 23) guide a fuel hose during a resupply at sea, Jan. 6. The mobility and sustainability provided by amphibious platforms enable the Navy-Marine Corps team to extend the reach of our capabilities. 7th Fleet is the Navy's largest forward-deployed numbered fleet, and routinely interacts and operates with Allies and partners in preserving a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
