Derrick Shaw, deputy commander, Army Band, "Pershing's Own", directs the Romanian National Anthem during an Armed Forces Full Honors Wreath-Laying Ceremony in honor of His Excellency Mihai Fifor, Romanian Minister of National Defence, at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va., Sept. 19, 2017. Fifor also toured the Memorial Amphitheater Display Room and exchanged gifts with ANC senior leadership.
