A landing craft air cushion embarks the well deck of USS Carter Hall (LSD-50) with an oil tanker aboard the hovercraft it Dec. 1, 2016 during Amphibious Ready Group Marine Expeditionary Unit Exercise off the coast of Onslow Beach, North Carolina. The Exercise is part of the ARG/24MEU training cycle which is preparing the unit for a deployment early next year. The LCAC is with Delta detachment, Assault Craft Unit 4.
