There is no doubt of it, the Pennsyl-vania Branch membership is almost uni-versally in favor of this Rule 17. Morethan this, the membership is strongly infavor of it. On the other hand, the writer has hadplenty of letters that would indicate thatstrong efforts are going to be made in thenext national convention to defeat thisrule. There has been another class of letterstoo; in effect, that the writers policy, inyear after year having had employed athis own show, judges connected with poul-try papers, was highly inconsistent withhis present apparent attitude.
