In 1896 Mr. Riinsperger retired from activeofficial duty and Mr. Kostka was again prevailed uponto accept the executive office, Mr. Ramspergerelected honorary president and was presented with abeautiful testimonial in token of the appreciation of hiseminent services in various official capacities since thefounding of the Deutscher Apothekcr Verein.
