Cater, Bakuincjton. location is about four and a half miles from Rochester,and the North Harrington post-office has been kept onthe farm for thirty-four years continuously, except forthe interruption of a short period during the last ad-ministration. The buildings, which include a substantialtwo-story house, and barn 40x96 feet, with cellar underthe whole, and all necessary outbuildings, are in ex-cellent condition, and abundantly supplied with purewater. Modern farm methods are pursued and a fullcomplement of superior implements is to be found on thefarm.
