Monument created by the famous Georgian-Russian sculptor, painter and architect Zurab Konstantines dze Tsereteli, President of the Russian Academy of Arts, in remembrance of the millions of civilian casualties and victims of World War II. It is located on the Western side of the Museum of the Great Patriotic War (Second World War) inside Victory Park in Moscow, Russia.
