Secretary of the Army Dr. Mark Esper stands with recipients of the annual Presidential Rank Awards presented recently at the Pentagon. Of the 21 Army honorees, six are employees of the Army Materiel Command – Bruce West of the Army Research Laboratory, Sue Goodyear of Army Materiel Command Headquarters, Bill Marriott and John Shipley of the Aviation and Missile Command, Bryon Young of the Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen and Ananthram Swaim of the Army Research Laboratory.
