More than 50 Kashmiri civilians were killed and more than 250 Peoples were injured when the Indian army opened bullets on the Kashmiri Protestors at Gaw Kadal bridge in Srinagar on 21 January 1990. Authorities imposed restrictions in Gaw Kadal area of Srinagar to prevent Anti Indian protests against the Killings.
