Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center Commander Maj. Gen. Brad Spacy presents Capt. Noah Palicia, a member of Pacific Air Forces, with the 1st place trophy for being the fastest male runner of the Alpha Warrior Proving Rig during the first Inter-service Alpha Warrior Final Battle Nov. 17, 2018. The competition was held at Retama Park, Selma, Texas, and featured teams from the Air Force, Navy and Army.
