St Mary’s Church, Northchurch, Hertfordshire, is one of the oldest churches in the county. It has Saxon west and south walls, a chancel dating to the 13th century, north and south transepts, and a central crossing tower which was rebuilt in the 15th century. The north aisle, north vestry and south porch were added in 1881
