Only a few years old, hut very famous An excellent keeper, of finest flavor, of a good shape, and of enormous size. Single on ions have been raised to weigh 5 lbs. Pkt., 5cts; oz., 15 cts; % lb., 40 cts; lb., $ AUSTRALIAN BROWN. (Burpee's.) Of medium size, wonderfully hard and solid. Extremely early in ripening, and will keep in good con- dition longer than any other onion known. The color of the skin is a clear amber-brown. Pkt., 5 cts; 15 cts; Jf lb., 45 cts; lb., SI 50. YELLOW CLOBE DANVERS. This is a standard onion, perhaps more largely grown than any other. Large, globe shaped, fine looking and very productive. Pkt., 7 cts; oz„ 20 cts; % lb., 65 cts; lb., $ Mr. Moore's Notes on Onions: "Red Globe was large and quite uniform in size. Think it will prove a good keeper. "Danvers Yellow Globe were of unequal size, there being quite a number of small ones. Am inclined to think this was largely due to the spot on which they were raised. "Mammoth Silver King are verv fine in quality, being of mild flavor. In size they well deserve their name. "Australian Brown did not reach large size, being medium. A good onion however, and 1 should judge a good keeper. "Large Red Wethersfield. Flavor rather stronger than Yellow Globe, size large and even "White Portugal. Fair size, flavor good.
