The substructure is divided into five sections that are separated from each other by styles with cut half-columns. The three middle sections each have two doors with a drawer above. The other two parts form the beveled corners and contain a panel with a drawer above it. The doors consist of panels with carved crowned coats of arms and two lions in the midst of leaf vines. Each coat of arms is different and is inlaid with palm wood. The panels on the beveled corners contain cut flower vines. The drawers are inlaid with ivory and palm wood and, like the doors, contain copper fittings consisting of key plates and handles in the form of masks and predators. In the receding intermediate building there are four display cases that are separated from each other by means of styles with sculpted half columns and figures. Below the display cabinets is a wide openwork line with inlaid medallions. A wall bent forward forms the transition from the display cabinets to the hood. The cover contains three cut-away lines, two above each other and one that recedes above. The two lines above each other are divided by nine styles, seven of which are crowned with sculpted figures. These alternately end at the bottom in lion heads or two intertwined figures. The other two styles, which are located on either side of the middle style, are crowned with a carved coat of arms and end at the bottom in a bull's head, ornaments, art, Saint Louis, Kunsthandel van Wisselingh, Amsterdam, c. 1902, purpleheart (wood), padouk (wood), boxwood, copper (metal), brass (alloy), gilding (material), glass, gilding, h 285 cm × w 306 cm × d 79 cm d 58 cm d 21 cm h cm × w 61 cm × d 18 cm h cm × w cm × d 18 cm h cm × w cm × d 18 cm h cm × w 61 cm × d 18 cm
