Thios was the last day for the mechanical signal boxes on the Blackpool line, after the last departure ( 156469 + 156488 + 150118 + 150119 5L77 0112 Blackpool north - Leyland sidings ECS the following morning the line closed for a 3 month blockade for electrification work)
