Kira Coffey, 36th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron Commander, addresses the importance of the partnership between the Air Force and Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) to participants of Exercise Cope South 2022 during the exercise’s opening ceremony Feb. 19, 2022, at BAF Base Bangabandhu, Bangladesh. Exercise Cope South is a Pacific Air Forces-sponsored bilateral tactical airlift exercise. During the exercise, Air Force and BAF exchange best practices and evaluate their proficiency to increase their ability to work together if needed in a real world situation.
