Balsan^—Guilds' Ganjellia- JHow'ered perfection. For more than fifteen years Childs' Camellia- flowered Balsams have been a marvel to horticulture j ah over the world. The gigantic flowers, double and [^perfect like Camellias, and the wonderful profusion in /which they are borne, has been a revelation to thou- _ sands who never before knew what really good Balsams were. It is not an uncommon sight to see more than 500 of these magnificent large double blooms upon a plant at one time, the branches being perfect pyramids of i bloom. The Balsam is one of the most beautiful and easiest grown of all garden annuals. Seed may be started under glass early or sown in the open ground about corn-planting time. A very rich soil is not necessary, but they like to have plenty of room, at least 18 inches apart each way. It is very hard to raise good Balsam seed for they are inclined to deteriorate rapidly, and very little good seed is sown. Do not devote time or room to uncertain strains. Sow the genuine Childs' Camellia-Flowered Perfection and thereby make sure of having the best. These Balsams make beautiful pot as well as garden plants. Per pkt. White. Flowers pure snowy white, and very large, double and perfect. A great favorite with florists, and one of the most profuse bloomers, the plants being loaded with hundreds of blossoms 10 Light Pink. An exquisite shade of soft pink like the rosy hue seen in sea shells. Very fine. 5 Pink. A superb sort, a clear, deep color; beautiful buds and flowers., 5 Per pkt. Scarlet.
