(August 16, 2015) – Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Equipment) 2nd Class Cotedazur Nickelberry, assigned to Naval Base Kitsap Funeral Honors Division, performs taps during the memorial service of City Councilman Michael J. Sullivan. Michael Sullivan served 23 years in the Navy and retired at the rank of senior chief, and then he ran for office and was elected in 2013.
