PALE, BOSNIA, 12 JUNE 1996 ---Bosnian Serb prime minister Gojko Klickovic, seen here during a session of the Bosnian Serb parliament. Klickovic is a close ally to Bosnian Serb war criminal Radovan Karadzic, and is suspected of having been one of the chief ideologues behind the Serb ethnic cleansing campaign in Bosnia. It is thought that Klickovic is under secret indictment by the War Crimes Tribunal in the Hugue.
