Monteith, incoming commander of the 359th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade, during the change of command ceremony at Barton Field on Fort Gordon in Augusta, Ga on June 26, 2022. Col. Travis A. Hartman relinquished command of the 359th TTSB to Col. Tracy G. Monteith, ceremony was presided over by Major. Gen. John H. Phillips, commanding general, 335th Signal Command Theater.
