(May 19, 2017) Electronics Technician 3rd Class Nolan Ryan, from Philedelphia, and Interior Communications Electrician Seaman Julie Giron, Norfolk, Virginia, hoist the ensign during colors aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) (Ike). Ike is currently pier side during the sustainment phase of the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP).
