Commemorative water Fountain in the west of Scotland village of Lochgilphead for Dr Alexander Rodger Fraser ( 1865 - 1995) ships surgeon. The fountain erected in 1897 and designed by Dr Frasers brother, William Fraser (architect), was erected by 'friends belonging to the Bengal Collieries, India' Dr Frase died aboard the SS Manora in the Gulf of Suez.
