Dr. Delaina Sawyers, Women, Peace and Security (WPS) Analyst for Indo-Pacific Command, facilitates a Coordinating Committee meeting during Fiji’s first WPS National Action Plan Orientation Workshop in Suva, Fiji, Sept. 19, 2022. Facilitated by Indo-Pacific Command, the Coordinating Committee consists of Fijian government and civil society organization representatives who oversee the development of a Fiji WPS National Action Plan guided by UN Security Council Resolution (UNSCR) 1325 principles and gender perspective.
