Shrine to fictional character in Torchwood, a Doctor Who spinoff, killed off in the 3rd series. Photographs, poems and essays have come from all over the world. The sculpture of a young couple and their dog represents the people who lived in the area, then known as 'Tiger Bay' when it was a commercial port. It is by sculptor John Clinch in 1993.
