Old wall in St. Albans, Hertsfordshire., England built of traditional materials -chert, flint and old Roman bricks- held together by a mortar.

There is a path that runs from the Cathedral up to the High Street that has a wall made out of these traditional materials for its length. The Roman bricks are over 1000 years old, and the tower of the cathedral is constructed of them, too. They come from a Roman settlement in the area.
