The drum is driven from the calenders, and the travellingtable derives its motive power from the same source. The rubbermixing, which is run out between the rolls into the form of sheet,passes over the cloth conveyor on to the drum, round which it iswound until the correct thickness is reached, when it is cut off andpassed on to the table, by which it is carried away.
