Arcbishop Antonio Menini, the apostolic nuncio from the Vatican to Great Britain addresses the congregation on behalf of Pope Francis at the solemn mass of the installation of Bishop John Arnold. He is the eleventh bishop of Salford replacing Bishop Terence Brain, who has retired after becoming the tenth bishop in 1997.
