The 2d Theater Signal Brigade Headquarters and Headquarters Company hosted a Change of Responsibility ceremony Oct. 14, 2022 at USAG Wiesbaden, Germany. First Sergeant Matthew A. Weber relinquished responsibility to 1st Sgt Randy L. Buttram during the ceremony.
