Schmidt,vice-president; Adrian Wentink, Jr., secretary-treasurer. Business was startedwith a capital of $100,000. and surplus of $50,000. The stockholders werefrom Clifton, Passaic and Paterson. Success has followed and to-day it is inflourishing condition, having secured the confidence of the entire is at the corner of Main and Clifton avenues.
