Looking across the tracks to the front side of the station building showing two windows and a door all with sandstone surrounds and red brick work between them, covered with a wooden canopy supported with decorative cast iron trusses and a lead roof atop that followed by a slate covered roof all painter in British Railways "cream" colours. This station is one of Network Rails preserved stations and kept beautifully and hired/rented out as office space for companies.
