Bruce Gillingham, commander, Navy Medicine West, San Diego, delivers opening remarks during a groundbreaking ceremony for Naval Medical and Dental Replacement Clinic at Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH). The new medical and dental clinic will provide Navy Medicine and Marine Forces Medical personnel with state-of-the-art working spaces to keep the Navy and Marine Corps operational forces ready, healthy and on the job.
