JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. (Sept. 19, 2017) Rear Adm. Gary Mayes, commander Navy Region Northwest, presents Army Col. Guillaume N. Beaurpere, commanding officer of 1st Special Forces Group, with the 12th Man flag during the 6th annual USAA Change of Command ceremony at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. This year the Seattle Seahawks and USAA presented the Army's 1st Special Forces Group with the 12th Man Flag, following a season of Navy Region Northwest carrying to flag.
