The Neuer Pavillon in Schloss Charlottenburg Park, Berlin. Italianate villa by architect, Karl Friedrich Schinkel in Neoclassical style. King Friedrich Wilhelm III commissioned the villa in 1824/25 for his second wife Countess Auguste von Harrach. Schinkel designed a two-storey, white villa with a columned loggia, green window shutters & iron balcony. The pavilion was almost completely destroyed by an air raid in 1943. It was rebuilt between 1957 and 1970 and in 2011was renovated and a new exhibition space was opened in the building
