The continually supports our Bulgarian ally through engagements such as bilateral exchanges to improve partnership interoperability. NSTA is a training facility operated by Area Support Group-Black Sea and hosts United States military personnel as part of the ongoing bilateral defense cooperation with Bulgaria under the terms of the 2006 Defense Cooperation Agreement.
