YOKOSUKA HARBOR, Japan (Feb. 22, 2016) - Quartermaster Seaman Joshua Stroberger, attached to the 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), mans a sound-powered telephone as the ship departs Yokosuka. Blue Ridge is currently on patrol within the Indo-Asia-Pacific region after completing a six-month selected restricted availability maintenance period.
