Knights Templar, and in 1905 and 1906was at the head of the Lodge of Perfection, and in 1908 was elected treasurer of thatbody, an office he held to the end of his life. He was for a number of years seniorw-ardcn of Goddard Council, Princes of Jerusalem, and was elected to the head ofLawrence Chapter, Rose Croix, in April. 1914. In addition to the honors he hadreceived in the Masonic bodies of this city, he was signally honored in the higher.
