Two kittens near their den. LADAKH; INDIA: BAFFLING images show four purrfectly camouflaged Pallas? cats hidden amongst a rocky outcrop. In one image, three kittens are seen basking in the sun on top of a large rock, but if you look closer you might also spot the tufted ears of their mother lurking below. Another photograph shows all fours cats sitting on a rock but you?ll be furr-given if you can?t spot them all at once. Pallas? cats are a species of wild cat with very fluffy coasts well adapted for the chilly winters in the mountains of Ladakh, India. These beautiful photographs were captured using a Canon 80D camera and Tamron 150-600mm G2 lens by Debtanu Baidya (23) a student and a professional cricketer from Kolkata. ?Pallas? Cats are also known as the manul, it?s really a rare animal,? he said. ?It?s a small wild cat found in higher altitudes in few places in Asia. They camouflage in the rocks with their colour. ?I captured two females with three kittens each in my recent wildlife trip to Ladakh. ?I am very lucky to capture few nice pictures of them. It was an amazing experience while clicking them. ?I enjoyed every moment of the kittens, their movement and ENDS mediadrumimages / Debtanu Baidya
