The Royal Opera House in Copenhagen seen from the quay of the new and exciting Kvaesthus Urban Space in Copenhagen Harbour. Donated by Møller.

The new Copenhagen Opera House (inaugurated January 2005) on the waterfront in the port of Copenhagen is the national opera of Denmark and one of the most modern opera houses in the world - and the most expensive ever built. It is located on the island of Holmen in the centre of Copenhagen just opposite The Amalienborg Palace. The Opera House is designed by the Danish architect Henning Larsen and is a present from Mærsk McKinney Møller. Seen from the new Urban Space at Kvaesthus Pier (Kvæsthusmolen)
