Gold lined; on tophas panel of shakudo with decorationof peony, daisies and butterflies in highrelief in gold and silver. 1711 Perfume Box. Of shibuichi, lined1709 with gold. The sides are engraved with designs of karakusa. The top of the cover is carvedand inlaid with gold and shakudo in high relief, showingpine, bamboo and plum blossoms, emblems of peace,happiness and prosperity.
