Strook machinale kant met kelkbloempje aan c-vormig Machine Side Strip: Machine Valenciennes. The repeating pattern consists of a C-shaped twig from which the convex side of the c rises a chali flower and at the top of the c a leaf. Along the bottom of the strip lies a succession of a shorter and longer straight lines, which curls up slightly at the ends. Between the curling ends, a type of semicircular cartouche has been realized between the flowers in circles, in which an ornamental ground has been applied. The motifs seem to be made in linen battle with openwork edges.
