Lieutenant-General Felix Maximilien Eugene Wielemans (1863-1917), Chief of Staff of the Belgian Army during the World War I, 1917. Wielemans represented Belgium at the Allied War Council in December 1915, and the Paris Conference in March 1916. He died suddenly of suspected pneumonia in January 1917, thought to have been contracted whilst in the trenches. From Will's Cigarettes 'Allied Army Leaders' cigarette card series, 1917.
