Oil derrick pumping for crude oil

Driving along Route 66 in Oklahoma, I wandered off the main drag to see what was beyond a few hills. Besides finding a pleasant little local winery, I ran into a number of drill heads pumping oil to sustain the economy. Noisy, dirty, nasty little machines - they're not loved, simply set up and forgotten about until it's time to pick up the product and sell it. I feel badly for the machines and environment when I see this.
