Only one of the two horses so entered to be started in the race and the starter to be named by 5 o'clock p. m. the day before the first day of the meeting at which the race is to take place. July 1st. 190S, when horses are to be named and eligible to the classes in -which they are entered. Entrance fee o per cent and 5 per cent of the amount of the stake will be deducted from each money won. Stakes will be divided into four moneys: 50, 25. 15 and 10 per cent. The Association reserves the right to declare two starters a walkover. When only two start they may contest for the entrance money paid in, divided 66 2-3 per cent to the first and 33 1-3 per cent to the second horse. A horse distancing the field shall be entitled to first and fourth money
