The entrance to Historic Dollar Park in Falkirk. Shows floral clock and one of historic 'lions'. Park comprises tennis courts, childrens play area, walled gardens and grassy areas surrounded by mature trees. This public park is situated in Camelon Road on the eastern side of the town quite close to Falkirk Town Centre. It is mature well laid out parkland and much used part of the recreational facilities of the town which was gifted in 1922 to the peope of Falkirk by Robert Dollar who was born locally and made his fortune in shipping in America. Much of the park is now maintained by volunteers.
