Manchester UK 17th March The Northern Restaurant and Bar Show opens today March 17th-18th at Manchester Central at a time when upmarket eating outlets are opening regularly in the city centre. Among those recently, or soon to be, opened are Hawksmoor (Deansgate), Iberica (Spinningfields), Ply (Stevenson Square), Filthy Cow (Tib Lane), Asha's (Peter Street), Burger and Lobster (King Street) and Wahaca (Corn Exchange).
