As lecturer, he has spoken for his people in many of theStates on numerous occasions and always instructs and charmshis audiences. He is at once a forceful and fearless speaker. His work as an educator is no less notable. For ten yearshe was Dean of the Seminary at Morris Brown College andleft a lasting impression on the many young preachers whopassed through the Seminary during his administration ofthat department. He brought to this work not only the knowl-edge of a careful Bible student, but the rich fruitage of many. WILLIAM G. ALEXANDER. ALONZO WILLIAM BRYANT, pastor of the Metro-politan Baptist Church, of Columbus, and President ofthe State B. Y. P. U., is a man whose history is a creditto himself and an honor to his race. It should prove a sourceof helpful inspiration to the young people of the race.
