Yes ; you will find it better to thread them on alength of black silk, and then, with another needlefulof silk, take a stitch across the thread, between every twobeads. The silk on which you thiead them should bevery coarse, but you will sew them over with may, if you like, put a trimming of gold beads, orblack bugles, round the pen-wiper.
