Woods, who was bornin Enfield and was closely identified with the early developmentof the industrial resources of his native town. Mr. Woods wasfor many years a manufacturer of flannels and satinet goods. Mr. Kimball located in Westboro, buying the historic farmknown as the Maynard place, on the Northboro road. He wasone of the first to enlist in the Westboro company of the 13thMass., raised in May, 1861, and was mustered in as Corporal ofCo. K. A few days later he was made Orderly Sergeant. Hisgenial manners and sunny disposition made him universally.
